Room Hire

At Corby VCS we have large and small conference rooms available for meetings during the day and evening.

The large conference room can accommodate 15/30 people. The room will be set up for you in conference or theatre style to suit your requirements. There is a whiteboard, flip chart and overhead projector available. The small conference room will accommodate 6/8 people.

Half a day is part of 9:00 to 12:30, 13:00 to 16:30 or 17:00 to 20:30. A supplement of £8 per hour applies from 18:00, to cover additional staff costs. Rooms are available at the below rates, plus the evening supplement, plus the cost of heating (dependent on the time of year). Please ask for costs before booking. Tea and coffee plus biscuits are available at £1 per attendee, including presenters etc.

Cancellation charges apply:

Up to one week before the date booked; no charge.
Between 1 week and 24 hours; 50% of the charge is payable.
Less than 24 hours; full price is payable.
