At Corby VCS we have large and small conference rooms available for hire.
The large conference room can accommodate 15/30 people. The room can be set up to suit your requirements eg theatre/conference style. There is a whiteboard in the room, flipcharts and OHPs are available at a small charge. The small conference room will accommodate 6/8 people.
Half a day is part of 9:00 to 12:30, 13:00 to 16:30 or 17:00 to 20:30. A supplement of £8 per hour applies from 18:00, to cover additional staff costs. Rooms are available at the below rates, plus the evening supplement, plus the cost of heating (dependent on the time of year). Please ask for costs before booking. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available at £1 per attendee.

Small Meeting Room - £8.00 p/h
ICT with Computers - £15.00 p/h
ICT without Computers - £8.00 p/h
Half day: Small - £24.00; Large - £36:00
Full day: Small - £48:00; Large - £72:00

Cancellation charges apply:
Up to one week before the date booked; no charge.
Between 1 week and 24 hours; 50% of the charge is payable.
Less than 24 hours; full price is payable.
One car park permit available per room booking. The nearest public car park is on Alexander Road.
